Content & Communications Role in London

26 May 2026

We are no longer recruiting for this role.

Join Qomply in London as a hands-on B2B Marketing Manager. Own content, communications, PR, SEO, paid media and campaign execution in a fast-growing SaaS business operating in the regulatory space.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially minded Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive ready to step into a broader, more autonomous role with ownership across multiple marketing channels.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive ready to take the next step. We need someone to support and progressively take ownership of the marketing roadmap.

This is not a coordination role. You will be building, writing, launching, and optimising campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll play a key role in driving brand visibility, pipeline generation, and thought leadership in a fast-growing SaaS business operating in the regulatory space.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute the marketing roadmap across content, PR, digital, and campaigns
  • Create high-quality content including articles, insights, and campaign materials
  • Manage and grow our social media presence with engaging, varied content
  • Plan and optimise paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn)
  • Drive SEO and emerging AEO (AI/answer-based search) strategies
  • Run email campaigns, newsletters, and lead nurturing workflows
  • Lead press and media activity, including writing releases and securing coverage
  • Build relationships with journalists and identify PR opportunities
  • Create visual assets (banners, social content) to support campaigns
  • Track performance and continuously optimise across all channels

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a hands-on B2B marketing role (SaaS, fintech, or professional services preferred)
  • Strong writing and content creation skills
  • Experience across digital channels including paid media and SEO
  • Understanding of PR and when to use different communication channels
  • Ability to independently plan and deliver against a marketing roadmap
  • Highly organised, proactive, and execution-focused
  • Comfortable working with tools such as Google Ads, analytics platforms, and design tools (e.g. Photoshop/Canva)
  • You may currently be a Marketing Executive or Senior Executive looking to step up into a broader, more autonomous role

Why Join

  • A genuine opportunity to step into a broader role with ownership across multiple marketing channels
  • High-impact role with real ownership and autonomy
  • Broad exposure across all areas of modern marketing
  • Opportunity to shape thought leadership in a specialised, high-value sector
  • Collaborative, fast-moving environment

Package

  • Competitive salary + Discretionary Bonus
  • Performance-based bonus
  • London based, onsite
